Each candidate is responsible for providing documentation certifying his or her qualifications for admission, such as a high school diploma, containing a clause clearly stating the applicant's eligibility to apply for admission to institutions of higher education in the country in which the diploma was issued. In case there is no such clause, the diploma should be accompanied by a certification (stating the above mentioned eligibity) issued by:

Good grades in chemistry, biology, and physics are required since there is no entrance examination to the English Division of the Faculty of Medicine at the Medical University of Bialystok.
Good knowledge of both written and spoken English is also a prerequisite for admission.
All of the submitted documents should be original or certified copies (i.e. originally sealed and signed by the eligible institution/person).
